CURRENT OPENINGS AT A GLANCE

Our cottages are open from May until the third week in October.  We are not open from the third week in October until the beginning of May.

We try to keep this page up-dated but it can change daily, especially in January and February. Please send an email to ask about specific cottages and/or dates.

We are currently taking names for the waiting list for the summer of 2024.  We know by Feb. 20, 2024, if we will have an opening in a cottage.  Please email if you would like to be put on our waiting list.

For Spring and Fall openings send me an email. 

Current openings: At this point it may look as though we have  no openings for the resort. This is because of the way we take reservations.  Renters from the previous year have first option to take the cottage they stayed in for the following year.  They must confirm that reservation by full payment by February 15 of 2024.  If you would like to be put on our waiting list in 2024 please send an email.

Current openings:

April 29-May 24 - Email for cottage availability. Can you stay during the week and not a weekend? We could have several openings for you. Currently the TX and KY have openings during this time period, including on the weekends.

May 28-June 1-TX, KY, TN and MI cottages (This is a Tuesday to Saturday stay)

June 1-June 8- VA and TN

June 8-15- VA cottage

August 24-August 29-KY and TX cottages ( This is a Saturday to Thursday stay )

Fall openings- Can you stay during the week and not a weekend? We could have several openings for you.   

  

Check- in time is 3:00 p.m.

Check-out time is 9:00 a.m.

Spring & Fall check-in and check-out times can vary depending on availability.

Now taking reservations for Spring & Fall of 2024.  Our in-season weeks rent from Saturday to Saturday.  Off-season rentals vary with the available cottages having a two or three night minimum stay.

Do you have a flexible schedule and can stay a Monday to Friday?  We fill up in the off-season for the weekends put we often have weekdays available.  Contact us with the dates that will work for you. 

Tentative closing date this year is October 22, 2024

We are currently showing most summer weeks as filled.  This is due to the way we take reservations.  Renters have the option to reserve the cottage they are staying in for the following rental season.  They must pay by February 15 in order to keep that reservation.  Should they not pay or should they decide to give up "their" cottage, that cottage then becomes available.  We work off a waiting list to fill these cottages.  Therefore, if you would like to get into a cottage, even if you don't see an opening, please send and email and we will let you know if something becomes available.
