Enjoy our 3-D tour of the Kentucky cottage.

Completed in the spring of 2020 the Kentucky cottage features a bright and cheerful front area with windows providing a panoramic view of the Lake.  The walls in this front sun porch area are white washed tongue and groove pine to give you more of a beach feel. Recessed lights in the ceiling, all on dimmers allow you to control the brightness of the room when the day begins to dim and darken.  There are USB charging outlets in this porch area  that will accommodate your cell phone, computers, iPad, etc.. for easy charging.  The windows in this area have solar shades that pull down to cool the cottage on hot, sunny days.   A glider sofa, a chair and an ottoman along with a new kitchen table with benches and chairs provide ample sitting space for eating, playing games or just hanging out.  The living room area has a new sofa and storage ottoman for blankets. A buffet adds storage and counter space to the cottage. Luxury vinyl flooring is throughout the entire cottage, except for the sleeping loft area.
The Kentucky cottage offers a spectacular view of the lake from the glassed-in front room.  You can sit out-side on the patio at the picnic table or in one of the two Adirondack chairs. 

The kitchen is modern with newer cabinetry, sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric tea kettle, coffee-maker, blender, hand mixer and electric fry pan.  All pans, utensils, baking sheets and dishes are provided.  

There are beds for seven: A queen size bed in the master bedroom.   A new full size bunk bed on the bottom with a twin bed on top is in the second bedroom. The loft has two twin mattresses.  Blankets, pillows, bedspreads or comforters are provided but you will need to bring your own linens and towels.  
The bathroom includes a shower. 

A new natural gas fireplace is in the living room area to warm you on cold days and nights. 

There is a charcoal grill on the patio. Along with 2 Adirondack chairs, a picnic table and a swing.

The cottage comes with a rowboat and access to the resort paddle boats, paddle boards, water mat and kayaks. 

This cottage sleeps 7 no extras allowed.
